It is an embossed plastic model kit with three structures. It contains a schoolhouse with outhouses. A blacksmith shop and a railroad station. These kits contain old style parts and methods of construction. Parts are not well inventoried in the kit directions. They aren't perfect with every single tiny piece present but these models can be completed as you like.
